Pryor Public Schools is pleased to announce two administrative changes as Valerie Hiett and Steven Goss step into new leadership roles within the district.

Valerie Hiett will serve as the district’s new Director of Personnel. Hiett served as interim principal at Pryor High School last year and has experience as both a classroom teacher and administrator at the middle school and high school levels. In this district-level role, Hiett will use her campus leadership experience to support staff recruitment, employee relations, and the continued development of strong teams across Pryor Public Schools.

Steven Goss will serve as the new principal of Pryor High School. Goss brings more than a decade of experience as a high school principal at Keys Public Schools, along with experience as a classroom teacher and head basketball coach. His leadership background reflects a strong commitment to students, staff, and school culture.
